Webake Large Silicone Muffin Cases, 12 Pack

Egg muffins that pop out whole, in cups that fit your air fryer.

A metal muffin tin rarely fits a basket air fryer. These do, because every case stands on its own: set as many as fit in one layer, fill them, bake, and the muffins push straight out of the soft silicone in one piece. Twelve large cases, four bright colours, and they go in the dishwasher when you're done.

Fit the basket a tin won't: each case stands alone, so you fill the basket in whatever shape it is, with a little gap between them.
Out in one piece: flexible food-grade silicone, so you push from underneath and the muffin comes out whole instead of tearing.
A full batch in one pack: twelve large cases, about 9 cm across the top: enough for a whole batch of egg muffins, or four breakfasts of three.
Air fryer, oven, microwave, freezer: safe from -40 to 230°C, and they stand up on a flat baking tray too.
Rinse or dishwasher: reusable batch after batch, so there are no paper cases to buy or throw away.

Made for the shape of your air fryer

A six- or twelve-hole tin is a rectangle, and most air fryer baskets aren't. Separate cases solve that. Stand them in one layer, leave a small gap so the hot air gets round each one, and fill to about three-quarters. In a single-basket air fryer that's usually only part of the twelve, so you bake in two or three rounds of 12 to 15 minutes at 160°C. A large or dual-drawer model takes more at once.

Bend the case, and out it comes

Egg is the hardest thing to get out of a tin in one piece: it grips the corners and tears as you lever it free. Silicone bends instead. Brush each case with a little oil before you fill it, give the muffins five minutes to settle once they're cooked, then peel the side back or press the base, and each one comes out whole, ready for the cooling rack.

Twelve egg muffins in green, orange, blue and pink silicone cases cooling on a wire rack

Twelve cases, one batch, four breakfasts

The pack is sized for exactly the kind of cooking that makes weekday mornings easier. One bowl of mix fills all twelve, which is four breakfasts of three muffins. Eat some this week and freeze the rest the day you bake them, then reheat in a minute or two whenever you want something hot that you didn't have to cook.

The cases our egg muffin recipe is baked in

Our air fryer egg muffins are eggs, cottage cheese, Cheddar and pre-cooked vegetables, baked low and gentle at 160°C. They're what these cases were picked for: the recipe makes twelve, and the cases hold twelve. No air fryer? Stand the same cases on a baking tray and bake all twelve at once in the oven at 180°C (160°C fan). And when you're not making eggs, they're ordinary large muffin cases, for muffins and cupcakes.

Twelve empty silicone muffin cases in green, orange, blue and pink standing on a flat baking tray, no tin

No tin, no paper, less washing up

Because the cases stand on their own, a flat baking tray does the job of a muffin tin, and nothing goes in the bin afterwards. Rinse them, or put them in the dishwasher, and they're ready for the next batch.

For the best results

Brush each case lightly with oil before you fill it.

Fill to about three-quarters, and leave a small gap between cases so the air can circulate.

Let egg muffins rest in the cases for five minutes before you pop them out.

Cook vegetables like mushrooms or courgette first and drain them, or the muffins turn watery.

Do silicone muffin cases work in an air fryer?
Yes. Webake lists them for air fryer use and they're safe up to 230°C, well above the 160°C our egg muffins bake at. Because each case stands on its own, they fit round or square baskets where a muffin tin won't.
How many will fit in my air fryer?
It depends on your basket. Each case is about 9 cm across the top, and you want a small gap between them. In a single-basket air fryer that's usually only part of a batch of twelve, so you bake in two or three rounds; a large or dual-drawer model takes more at once.
Will egg muffins stick?
Brush the cases lightly with oil before you fill them and let the muffins rest for five minutes after cooking. Then press the base and they come out whole, because the silicone bends rather than gripping like a metal tin.
Can I use them in the oven without a muffin tin?
Yes. They stand up on their own on a flat baking tray. For our egg muffins that's 180°C (160°C fan) for 20 to 25 minutes, all twelve at once.
Can they go in the freezer and the microwave?
Yes. They're freezer and microwave safe, with a range of -40 to 230°C.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes. Rinse off anything stuck on, then put them in the dishwasher.
Are they big enough for normal muffins?
They're the large size, about 9 cm across the top, so they take full-size muffins and cupcakes as well as egg muffins.
