1. Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

At VivaNutrition.Shop, we strive to ensure your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time for your order is calculated as follows:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2-17 business days


2. Warehouses and Dispatch

VivaNutrition.Shop stores its products primarily in the UK, ensuring that most orders are dispatched directly from our UK warehouses. This allows for faster shipping times and eliminates concerns about customs for UK customers.

However, some of our products may be shipped from our warehouse in China. Regardless of the shipping location, customers will not be required to pay any additional costs, such as taxes or import duties, as all necessary fees are fully covered by VivaNutrition.Shop.

Orders will be delivered via our trusted UK courier partners, and you will not need to handle any customs-related matters. Please note that next-day delivery is currently not available for UK customers.


3. Issues with Delivery

If you encounter any of the following issues:

  1. Your package has not been delivered within the specified timeframe.
  2. Tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it.
  3. Your package includes missing, incorrect, or damaged items.

Please contact customer service within 45 days from the payment date to resolve the mentioned issues. For product warranty inquiries, please refer to our Terms of service (VivaNutrition.Shop).


4. Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or missing items, you should contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the order. This will not affect your legal rights.


5. Factors Affecting Delivery Time

In most cases, packages will be delivered within the estimated time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.


Shipping Options

You may choose standard shipping or express shipping depending on the items in your order and your location. As your orders may be handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery, tracking may not be available every step of the way.


Shipping Address

Please ensure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You may use P.O. boxes as your shipping address. However, certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Large products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped via private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation to be successfully delivered. Merchandise partners may also indicate in the product listings that they are unable to ship products to P.O. boxes. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.


Shipping Time and Cost

  1. After an order has been successfully paid and confirmed, you will see the estimated delivery time on your order confirmation page. Shipping is free for all orders. You will also receive an order confirmation message outlining the estimated processing time for your order.

    The warehouse may take 1-2 days to process your order. You will receive a message once your order has been shipped.

    You will receive a shipment notification message providing you with the estimated delivery time for each package once it is shipped. We will also provide you with the tracking number when it is ready. You can view this estimated delivery time under each package in your order history.

    In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery date.


Issues Regarding Delivery

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately and within 45 days of the order date.
