The Floor Peanut Ball: Dual Massage Ball for Calves, Feet and Glutes
Regular price £15.99 (Free Shipping)
Two balls joined into one steady place to rest your weight.
A single ball rolls away when you lean on it. A peanut ball doesn't, because it has two rounded ends and a waist between them that settles into the floor. Rest a calf on it, roll a foot across it, sit a glute on it, and let your own weight set the pressure. Firm EPP foam, 16 x 8 cm (6.3 x 3.1 in), nothing to charge. A free 10-minute routine guide shows you where to start. Choose your flecks: Blue, Pink, White or Red.
Why a peanut, not a ball
A single ball is great for a spot, but on the floor it wanders. The peanut keeps the two lobes either side of a calf or a foot, so you can rest your weight and move slowly without chasing it across the room. You get a wider, steadier surface than a ball, and you still get to choose how much of your weight goes onto it. That's all it is, and for a lot of people that's exactly why they reach for it.
Where it goes
Calves: sit on the floor, rest a calf across the ball and roll slowly from the ankle toward the knee. Feet: roll the sole of your foot across it, sitting or standing and holding on to something steady. Glutes: sit with the ball under one side and shift gently. Thighs: lie face down with the ball under the front of one thigh and move slowly. Keep it on muscle: never on your spine, never on your neck and never on bony areas.
Choose your flecks from the options beside the price. One peanut ball and the free Light Touch guide. Tracked delivery, 30 days to return it.
Free with your order: Light Touch, a 10-minute routine
Plenty of people end up with a ball and no idea where to start, so we wrote the guide. Light Touch is a short PDF, sent to your email after your order. It splits your ten minutes into three moments (2 minutes before you train, 5 after, 3 the day after), shows on a body map where the ball goes and where to leave well alone, and finishes with a 7-day starter plan. It's yours to keep whether or not you use the ball every day.
Choose your color
Every peanut ball is black with flecks in Blue (teal), Pink, White or Red. It's the same ball in four looks, so pick the one you'd like to see on your floor or in your bag.
Good to know: one tracked parcel
The peanut ball arrives in a single tracked parcel, dispatched from the warehouses we use in China. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.

What do I get?
One peanut massage ball in the color you choose, plus the free Light Touch guide as a PDF by email.
Where do I use it?
Under a calf, the sole of a foot, a glute or the front of a thigh. The free guide has a body map that shows each spot.
Can I use it on my back or neck?
Stay on the muscle of your legs and glutes. Keep it off your spine, off your neck and off bony areas. If you have an injury or a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
How hard should I lean?
Lighter than you think. Start with a little of your weight, move slowly, and spend a minute or two at most on one area. If it's sharp or it hurts, ease off.
What is it made of?
EPP foam, a firm, lightweight material often used in exercise and recovery gear.
How do I get the free guide?
Light Touch is sent as a PDF link to the email you gave at checkout after your order. Read it on your phone or print the one-page routine card.
How long does delivery take, and what if something's wrong?
Your parcel is tracked and usually takes 4 to 7 days to the UK, 6 to 11 to the US and 7 to 12 to Canada. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, get in touch and we'll refund you without needing it back. Otherwise you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return, with return postage paid by you.
