The Desk-and-Floor Foot Duo: Foot Roller and Peanut Massage Ball

One for under the desk, one for the floor.

Some minutes you can't get down on the floor, and some you can. The studded roller lives under your desk: shoes off, foot on top, roll while the email loads. The peanut ball is for when you do stop: rest a calf on it, roll an arch or a heel across it, and let your own weight set the pressure. Plastic roller, firm EPP peanut ball, nothing to charge. A free 10-minute routine guide shows you where the peanut ball goes. Choose your flecks: Blue, White, Red or Pink.

The roller needs no setup: slip off a shoe, put your foot on it, roll. No floor, no getting down, no one noticing under the desk.
Studs and an hourglass waist: raised nubs give the sole something to press against, and the narrow middle sits under the curve of your arch.
The peanut ball takes your weight: two 8 cm ends joined by a waist, so it settles into the floor instead of shooting away when you lean on it.
Calves, arches, heels and glutes: rest a calf on the ball, roll a foot across it, sit a glute on it, whichever part of the day's walking asks for it.
You set the pressure: light or firm is up to you, with the roller by how hard you press and with the peanut ball by how much weight you give it.
Nothing to charge: a plastic roller and an EPP foam ball. Both are all manual, so there is no battery and no noise.
A routine for the floor half: the free Light Touch guide gives you 10 minutes with the peanut ball, before you train, after, and the day after.
Four fleck colors: the peanut ball is black with Blue, White, Red or Pink flecks. Pick the one you'd like to see on your floor.

Why two, and why they're not the same

Standing on a tennis ball near the kettle works until it rolls across the kitchen, and most days nothing happens at all, because getting down on the floor is a decision. The roller removes the decision. It stays under your desk or by the sofa, you put a bare foot or a sock on it and roll slowly from the heel toward the toes, and that's the whole job. The peanut ball is for the other moment, the evening one, when you have the floor to yourself. It holds a calf, a heel or an arch steady while you lean in, and you can move slowly without chasing it across the room. Roller for the minutes you can't stop, peanut ball for the minutes you can.

How to use them

The roller: sit comfortably, put the roller under your bare foot or sock and roll slowly from your heel to your forefoot, then back, pausing wherever it feels good. Calves: sit with your leg out, rest the muscle on the roller and roll your leg slowly over it. The peanut ball: sit on the floor, rest a calf across it and roll slowly from the ankle toward the knee, or roll the sole of your foot across it, sitting or standing and holding on to something steady. With a glute, sit with the ball under one side and shift gently. Keep the pressure light to start, move slowly and spend a minute or two at most on one area. Stay on soft muscle: not on bony areas, not on a joint, not on your spine or neck, and not on skin that is sore, swollen or broken.

Free with your order: Light Touch, a 10-minute routine for the peanut ball

Plenty of people end up with a ball and no idea where to start, so we wrote the guide. Light Touch is a short PDF, sent to your email after your order. It splits your ten minutes into three moments (2 minutes before you train, 5 after, 3 the day after), shows on a body map where the peanut ball goes and where to leave well alone, and finishes with a 7-day starter plan. It's yours to keep whether or not you use the ball every day.

Choose your flecks

The peanut ball is black with flecks in Blue (teal), White, Red or Pink. It's the same ball in four looks, so pick the one you'd like on your floor or in your bag. The roller is grey with a copper-colored end cap in every option.

Good to know: two parcels

The roller and the peanut ball come from different suppliers, so each ships in its own tracked parcel and they can arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for both.

What's in the set?

One studded foot roller and one peanut massage ball, with flecks in the color you choose, plus the free Light Touch guide as a PDF by email.

When do I use which?

The roller is for sitting at a desk or on the sofa with your shoes off: roll a foot, or rest a calf on it. The peanut ball is for the floor: a calf, the sole of a foot or a glute rests on it while you lean in.

Does the guide cover both?

The free Light Touch guide is written for the peanut ball, with a body map for calves, feet and glutes. The roller is used the way this page describes.

Where should I not use them?

Keep both on soft muscle, off bony areas and joints, off your spine and neck, and off skin that is sore, swollen or broken. If you have an injury or a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

How hard should I press?

Lighter than you think. Start gentle, keep moving, and spend a minute or two at most on one area. If it's sharp or it hurts, ease off.

Can I choose the roller's color?

The roller is grey in every option. The option you pick sets the flecks on the peanut ball: Blue (teal), White, Red or Pink.

Will both parcels arrive together?

Probably not. They ship from different suppliers, each in its own tracked parcel, so they can arrive on different days. We send tracking for both.

How do I get the free guide?

Light Touch is sent as a PDF link to the email you gave at checkout after your order. Read it on your phone or print the one-page routine card.

How long does delivery take, and what if something's wrong?

Each parcel is tracked and usually takes 4 to 7 days to the UK, 6 to 11 to the US and 7 to 12 to Canada. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, get in touch and we'll refund you without needing it back. Otherwise you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return, with return postage paid by you.

Your feet and calves, at both ends of the day

A studded roller for the minutes at your desk, a peanut ball for the minutes on the floor, and a 10-minute routine for the ball. Two tracked parcels. 30 days to return them.
