The Reach Trio Self-Massage Kit: Hook Cane, 9-Roller Wooden Stick and Peanut Ball

Reach the spot your hands can't.

You know the one: just under the shoulder blade, where your own fingers give up. The Reach Trio gives you three tools for three kinds of reach. A hook cane gets over your shoulder to your upper back. A nine-roller wooden stick rolls out your thighs and calves. A peanut ball takes your weight on the floor. One set, and a free 10-minute routine guide that shows you where each one goes.

Your upper back, finally in reach: the hook cane curls over your shoulder, so the tip lands on the muscle beside your shoulder blade. A 33 cm (13 in) shaft with a 25 cm (10 in) hook.
Roll your legs from the sofa: nine wooden rollers and a handle at each end, so you roll a thigh or calf with your own hands. 38 cm (15 in) long, and no floor or mat needed.
Let your weight do the work: rest a calf, a foot or a glute on the peanut ball and the pressure comes from you leaning in. 16 x 8 cm (6.3 x 3.1 in).
You choose how firm: all three tools are manual: nothing to charge, nothing to switch on, and you set the pressure as light or as firm as feels good.
Tools that feel like tools: natural wood rollers, a metal cane with a grip and a knob tip, and a firm EPP foam ball.
A routine to go with them: the free Light Touch guide gives you 10 minutes, before you train, after, and the day after, with a body map that shows where each tool goes.

Three tools, three kinds of reach

Most self-massage tools do one job. This set splits the work, so you aren't forcing one tool to be something it isn't. The hook gets over and behind the shoulder. The stick runs along the long muscles of the leg. The peanut ball sits on the floor and lets you lean. Between them you can look after everything from your shoulders to your feet, without asking anyone to press a bit to the left.

The hook cane gets over your shoulder

Hold the grip, loop the hook over your shoulder and let the knob at the tip find the muscle beside your shoulder blade. The long shaft is a lever, so you don't have to push hard to feel it. Light, steady pressure is the whole idea. Reach the other side by switching hands. Keep it on muscle: never on your spine or the front of your neck.

The nine-roller stick works the long muscles

Take a handle in each hand, rest the rollers on your thigh or calf and roll slowly from one end of the muscle to the other. Nine wooden rollers cover more of the muscle on every pass than a ball does, and you can do it sitting down. It's natural wood, so no two grains are exactly alike.

The peanut ball takes your weight

Two round ends joined by a waist. Roll a calf over it, roll the sole of a foot across it, or rest a glute on it and shift slowly until you find the spot. The floor holds the ball and your body supplies the pressure, so your hands and shoulders get a rest while your legs get the attention. It's black with teal flecks.

Free with your order: Light Touch, a 10-minute routine

Plenty of people end up with a tool and no idea where to start, so we wrote the guide. Light Touch is a short PDF, sent to your email after your order. It splits your ten minutes into three moments (2 minutes before you train, 5 after, 3 the day after), shows on a body map where each tool goes and where to leave well alone, and finishes with a 7-day starter plan. It's yours to keep whether or not you use the kit every day.

Good to know: manual tools, three parcels

These are manual tools. You pick the spot, the pressure and the pace, and nothing here has a motor. The three tools come from different suppliers, so each one travels in its own tracked parcel and they can arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for every parcel.

What's in the kit?

One hook cane, one nine-roller wooden stick and one peanut ball in black with teal flecks, plus the free Light Touch guide as a PDF by email.

Which tool is for which spot?

The hook cane is for your upper back and shoulders. The nine-roller stick is for your thighs and calves. The peanut ball is for your calves, the soles of your feet and your glutes. The free guide has a body map that shows each one.

Can I use them on my neck or spine?

Stay on the muscle: not on the spine, not on the front of your neck, and not on bony areas. If you have an injury or a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

How hard should I press?

Lighter than you think. Start gentle, keep the tool moving, and spend a minute or two at most on one area. If it's sharp or it hurts, ease off.

Will all three arrive together?

Probably not. They ship from different suppliers, each in its own tracked parcel, so they can arrive on different days. We send tracking for each one.

Is the hook cane grip always black?

No. The color of the grip varies from one cane to the next, and the picture shows black. It's the same tool whatever color you get.

How do I get the free guide?

Light Touch is sent as a PDF link to the email you gave at checkout after your order. Read it on your phone or print the one-page routine card.

How long does delivery take, and what if something's wrong?

Each parcel is tracked and usually takes 4 to 7 days to the UK, 6 to 11 to the US and 7 to 12 to Canada. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, get in touch and we'll refund you without needing it back. Otherwise you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return, with return postage paid by you.

The reach you've been missing

A hook for the shoulder blade, a stick for the legs, a ball for the floor, and a 10-minute routine to tie them together. Tracked delivery. 30 days to return it.
